Product Description

The single layered pine wood panel is glued together from 4-4,5 cm wide, kiln dried, planed laths manufactured for this purpose. Mainly doors and windows, pieces of furniture are made of it. As compared to solid wood, its advantage is that it is a semi-finished product which can be installed immediately, less liable to deformation and easy to work.

    As regards its material, pine is a denser structured, more massive  wood material with higher load capacity. pine is name also Scots pine.

    Spruce timber: it is the lightest wood material, easy to work and treat, cheap.

    Colour: yellowish-reddish brown
    Bulk Density:

    700-800 kg/m3

    Moisture Content: 10% ± 2%

    Out of the three wood materials, redwood is the most precious. It is extremely durable, has excellent mechanical properties, easily workable and has extremely dense growth structure.

     

    Characteristics of pine wood panel:
    The pine wood panel is glued together from 4-4,5 cm wide, kiln dried, planed laths manufactured for this purpose. Mainly doors and windows, pieces of furniture are made of it.  As compared to solid wood, its advantage is that it is a semi-finished product which can be installed immediately. The coniferous sawn wood purchased need not be picked over, dried, edged, planed, glued together. In this way, you can save time and cost. It is less liable to deformation because lamellas are turned oppositely to each other. It is a product easy to work and treat.
     
    The pine wood panel is already equipped with polished surface. The lamellas originating from Siberia are glued together with D4 adhesive which is an environment-friendly product free of formaldehyde. The lamellas originating from Europe are glued together with D3 adhesive, which is an environment-friendly product free of formaldehyde.

    Radial-cut lamellas are longitudinally extended, dovetailed. 
  1. C/D
    C/D = one side is closed, correction on back side is permitted.
    Slight surface cracking is permitted, max: up to 30mm.
    Resin pocket below 30 mm is permitted.
    Sound, inner knots are permitted.
    Black burls below 5 mm are permissible.
    Horn knots are permitted.
    Heart is permitted.
  2. B/C

    B/C = Small black knot is permitted, heart is also permitted. 

  3. B/B
    B/B = it may comprise sound, ingrown knots, maximum diameter: 35 mm. 
    Scattered horn knots are permissible.
    Scattered resin pockets are permitted: 3 pieces/m2
    Discolouration, inner bark not permitted. No heart. 
  4. A/B

    A/B = one side is free of defects, knots; the other side may include smaller knots, corrections.

For the finishing, you can equally use wood dyes, transparent colours, lacquers, depending on what colour effect, glaze we would like to achieve.

 

You can safely select from the finishing agents sold by us, these are environment-friendly products.

 

In case of outdoor use, we always recommend using a wood protective agent, mainly water based paint.
