Product Description

The single layered leaf wood panel is glued together from 4-4,5 cm wide, kiln dried, planed laths manufactured for this purpose. Mainly pieces of furniture are made of it. As compared to solid wood, its advantage is that it is a semi-finished product which can be installed immediately, less liable to deformation and easy to work.

    Moisture Content: 10% ± 2%

    Ash: very flexible, hard wood material

  3. Species:birch
    Origin: Europe
    Colour: light yellowish-brown
    Bulk Density:

    700-800 kg/m3

    Moisture Content: 10% ± 2%

    Birch: medium hard, easy to work and treat

     

    Characteristics of panelled leaf wood:
     
    The single layered leaf wood panel is glued together from 4-4,5 cm wide, kiln dried, planed laths manufactured for this purpose. Mainly pieces of furniture are made of it. As compared to solid wood, its advantage is that it is a semi-finished product which can be installed immediately, less liable to deformation and easy to work. 
     
    The leaf wood panel is already equipped with polished surface. Lamellas are glued together with D4 adhesive which is an environment-friendly product free of formaldehyde.

    Oak: very durable, hard wood, easy to finish wood material.

  1. TM = leaf wood panel solid
    Lamellas run longitudinally, solid.
  2. HT = FJ leaf wood panel

    Lamellas are longitudinally extended, dovetailed.

    A/B = one side is free of defects, knots; the other side may include smaller knots, corrections.

For the finishing, you can equally use wood dyes, transparent colours, lacquers, depending on what colour effect, glaze we would like to achieve.

 

You can safely select from the finishing agents sold by us, these are environment-friendly products.

 

In case of outdoor use, we always recommend using a wood protective agent, mainly water based paint.
